Project Overview
When Werable (werable.co)—an innovative brand dedicated to designing functional, adaptive apparel for individuals with disabilities—needed urgent on-site Quality Control (QC) for their specialized textiles, we facilitated a seamless partnership with GTTC (Guangzhou Testing & Certification Group Co., Ltd.), ensuring direct, certified factory inspections under a tight deadline.
How We Executed
Step 1: Needs Assessment & Standard Alignment
We worked closely with the Werable team to clarify their unique fabric requirements, functional garment specifications, and strict quality standards required for adaptive clothing, while establishing a clear timeline for their upcoming production run.
Step 2: Partner Sourcing & Cross-Border Coordination
Leveraging our local network, we connected them with GTTC (Guangzhou Testing & Certification Group Co., Ltd.)—a premier accredited testing institution in China. We managed all communications, aligned technical testing requirements, and handled cross-border payment coordination for a frictionless onboarding process.
Step 3: Urgent On-Site Inspection in Quanzhou
Under a very tight deadline, GTTC inspectors were rapidly deployed to Werable’s partner manufacturing facility in Quanzhou. The team performed rigorous, on-site fabric inspections and material quality checks to ensure every piece met safety, durability, and comfort standards before final fulfillment.
